Exchange/ Return Policy:

In case if the customer is not satisfied with the product that has been delivered to them, with respect to the size or preference, you can connect with us on (email id: info@beingconfused.com) or (phone no: +91- 251- 6465777) within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall arrange a pick up from your place and replace it with another product of your choice within 12-15 working days of pick up. The product to be returned should not be used, worn, washed or damaged and has to be returned along with the tag. Note: We do not have a refund policy!

Standard format of E-mails/ Messages:

Placing of order:

Your order for (order details) of (amount) with Being Confused has been confirmed. All the items of your order shall be delivered in 12-15 working days. You can track the status of your order at (link to the tracking section). Please make the payment at the time of delivery. (In case of COD)

Delivery of products:

(Ideally a message should be sent by the courier service provider. In any other case, we can have this message sent to our customers). Your order (order details) is dispatched for delivery via (courier service provider). The delivery will be done by (time/day). Track your order on (link) or contact (number of delivery boy).

Return request:

Dear customer, your order for (order details and amount) along with a return request for (previous order details that is to be exchanged) has been registered with us.
